Who We Are

Dale & Lee’s Service finds its roots in the early 1960s, when Dale DeBoer began offering repair services for washers and dryers under the name Dale’s Commercial Service. Dale’s professionalism, knowledge, and amicable nature quickly won him the trust of his customers, who began requesting heating and air conditioning repairs. Recognizing this demand, Dale joined forces with his older brother Lee DeBoer to establish Dale & Lee’s Service in 1966.
 
The brothers formed a harmonious partnership: Dale overseeing sales and installations, Lee managing the service side, and Dale’s wife Marilee handling the office and bookkeeping. Their joint effort, driven by passion, quality, and customer-centric principles, flourished over 40 years, setting a strong foundation for the business.

The History

In 2009, the torch was passed to the second generation of Dale & Lee’s Service’s owners. Dale & Marilee’s youngest son, Brent, took over the company. Brent now manages sales and installations, while his older brother, Brian, oversees the service side of the business. 
 
Brent and Brian, who have grown up working in the company and boast over 30 years of experience each, carry forward the values and principles instilled by their parents. Currently, Brent’s sons are being groomed to carry the legacy of Dale & Lee’s Service into the third generation, ensuring the continuous provision of quality service and installation for commercial and residential heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs.

MEET BRENT & BRIAN DEBOER

Brent DeBoer purchased Dale & Lee’s Service Inc. from his father, Dale who started the company back in the early 1960s as Dales Commercial Service. Brent and Brian DeBoer continue the same standard of service that Dale set since 1966. While Dale and Lee enjoy their much deserved retirement, Brent and Brian carry the torch for them by continuing to provide you with the top-notch heating, air conditioning and plumbing repairs that you have come to love. Dale & Lee’s has been awarded the title of Lennox Premier Dealer, which is the highest standard you can receive from Lennox. We are a member of MEPO Oklahoma (formerly ACCA), Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Our employees are what built Dale & Lee’s Service to what it is today! They are well-trained technicians who take extreme pride in the work they perform. They are state and city licensed with North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certifications and works in complete uniform. We are continuously attending HVAC education to advance all our skills and keep up with new technology. Our employees will respect your home with the use of shoe covers, dropcloths, and even sweep and vacuum when the service calls and once installation is complete. They will answer any questions concerning the installation or service call at any point of the visit.
